This summer season is bringing in a handful of superhero movies including Iron Man 3, The Wolverine, and Man of Steel among others. With so many comic book inspired stories hitting the big screen, artist Eric Dufresne decided to create this set of Geometric Superheroes. Unfortunately for DC die-hards, this collection revolves around the Marvel universe. The collection features the likes of Hulk, Gambit, Beast, Cyclops, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor (who also happens to have a movie coming out this year). The entire series of heroes is constructed from geometric shapes, hence the name. Check out the entire collection below.

Finally someone has used their deep pockets to fund a Batman Tumbler Replica, and this thing is one hell of a machine to say the least.The customizers at Team Galag invested a cool $1.6 million into making our dream their reality. The Tumbler is of course life size, and the best part of it all? It’s 100 percent street legal. The DC Comics inspired machine is packed with a 6.2 liter V8 engine, and can hit a top speed of 100 miles per hour. We imagine the driver will be putting that limit to the test as this thing is set to head out on the 2013 Gumball in Copenhagen.  The Hoosier rubbers are a nice finishing touch.

Now we’re not saying that we were successful in boosting cars during our younger days, but we did attempt to stick a screwdriver in an ignition or two. Apparently we’re not the only ones either, as  this DIY Screwdriver Car Key was modeled after this exact idea. Although the picture looks to be a screwdriver jammed into the vehicle’s ignition, it’s actually a  fully operational key. This do it yourself project brings on a whole new meaning to the saying “drive it like you stole it.” Thankfully Nathan over at HahaBird took the time to lay out the step by step directions for this car key hack.

Spyker B6 Venator

Earlier in the year we took a look at the Spyker B6 Venator as nothing more than a concept car. Just a few short months later, the Dutch auto maker is looking to make this concept a reality, and have now officially pulled the curtain back on this beauty. Paying homage to the early 20th century Spyker Hunter fighter aircraft, this thing looks like it could lift right off the pavement, and packed with a 375 horsepower V6 engine, it just may. The vehicle is sporting LED tail lights, 19 inch alloy wheels, premium leather upholstery, aluminum accents, and even a fighter plane inspired instrument panel. For those of you that prefer to let your hair blow in the wind, Spyker has plans for a drop top as well. Expect this bad boy to carry a window sticker starting around $125,000 when it hits dealers for 2014.

Designed to look like the standard lace up offering, these slip-ons have done away with the complexity of laces in favor of an easy to slide on model.
