Exercises for keeping your Eyes Strong

While working on a computer or any other place, you can try some eye exercises and tips , that can keeps your eye strong and healthy.

Before starting each exercise, sit upright and relax your body. Slowly breathe in and out.
1. Slowly roll your eyes in a circular clock-wise direction, 5-10 times. Blink your eyes. Again roll your eyes in circular anti-clock direction 5-10 times. Blink again (this will keep your eyes moistened). Repeat the circular rolling.
2. Focus your eyes on something that’s close for 10-15 seconds. Then look away to an object that’s too far away for 10-15 seconds. Then Change to focus on the nearest object. Repeat this 2-3 times.
3. After every 20 minutes of computer use, focus on something far away for 20 seconds.
4. Cup your hands over your eyes. Focus on the dark for 20 minutes while taking deep breaths.
5. Take your eye for a walk. Go to outside and try to watch greenery or aquatic.
6. Wash your face every one hour with cold water.
7. Drink so much water.
8. Include Carrots, Broccoli, Eggs, Spinach, Kale, Tomatoes, Sunflower seeds, Garlic, Salmon on the daily food.
